Java Software Developer Job Description

Global Insight Software has an opportunity for a well motivated and outgoing Java Developer to join our organization full-time. As part of our core development team you will be involved in the latest technical initiatives for our customers.

Required Skills

  • Two or more years of software development experience with the Java EE technology.
  • Knowledge of object-oriented language , Java EE development,preferably using JSP, JSF, Struts, Spring, GWT, Hibernate.
  • Have the skill and patience to craft HTML5 and CSS3 to meet rich design and cross-browser requirements
  • Experience with JavaScript, jQuery and AJAX.
  • Exposure to using source control in a team environment, preferably Subversion or Git.
  • Proven experience with MS Sql Server 2008 or higher, MySQL.
